🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in internal systems, databases, and spreadsheets
• Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information, and correct where necessary
• Verify and cross-check information to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Support data cleanup, migration, and consolidation projects
• Generate basic reports and summaries based on entered data
• Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues and improve processes
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive business information
• Follow established data entry procedures and quality standards
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed
• Ensure timely completion of data entry tasks with high attention to detail
✅ Requirements
• 0–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role (entry-level candidates welcome)
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Good organizational and time management skills
