Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Data Entry Analyst at Promoción Ing. Minas 2025-1 "Ing. Alberto Benavides de la Quintana". The Data Entry Analyst will accurately enter, update, and maintain data in designated systems and spreadsheets. The role includes validating data for completeness and consistency, organizing datasets, and preparing basic reports or summaries to support academic and organizational activities. The Data Entry Analyst will collaborate with team members to clarify data requirements, follow established data standards and procedures, and help identify opportunities to improve data quality and workflow efficiency. The position requires reliable time management and adherence to deadlines while working independently in a remote environment.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and practical experience with data analytics to interpret and organize information effectively.
Solid foundation in statistics to support data validation, basic analysis, and interpretation of results.
Knowledge of data modeling concepts to help structure datasets and maintain consistent data relationships.
Clear and professional communication skills for collaborating with faculty, peers, and other stakeholders.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and record maintenance.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and common data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets; familiarity with database software is beneficial).
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet scheduled deadlines.
Relevant academic background or coursework in engineering, data science, mathematics, or related fields is an advantage.
