Role Description The Data Entry Analyst is a part-time remote role responsible for accurately capturing, validating, and organizing data related to event participants, sessions, logistics, and partner engagement. Day-to-day tasks include entering data into designated systems, cleaning and updating records, performing basic checks for completeness and consistency, and generating simple reports or summaries for internal stakeholders. The role involves supporting data analytics initiatives by preparing datasets, helping with basic statistical summaries, and assisting in data modeling activities under guidance from senior team members. The Data Entry Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely data availability for decision-making and event performance tracking.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and foundational Data Analytics abilities to interpret and organize event-related information.
Candidates should possess basic Statistics knowledge and experience preparing data for quantitative analysis.
Candidates should possess Data Modeling skills to support the structuring of datasets and simple reporting frameworks.
Candidates should possess clear written and verbal Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and present data findings.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and data-entry tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or similar platforms).
High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
Prior experience in data entry, data support, or event operations is beneficial.
Relevant coursework or a degree in data science, statistics, business, or a related field is an advantage.
