• A leading AI research lab is seeking experienced Data Engineers to help evaluate and improve frontier AI coding models for real-world data engineering workflows.

Compensation:

• • $400 per accepted task
• • Typical completion time: 2–3 hours
• • Equivalent to approximately $80+/hour
• Remote | Independent Contractor

What you'll do:

• • Evaluate AI-generated implementations of ETL pipelines, data warehouses, analytics platforms, and distributed data systems
• • Review outputs from advanced coding agents such as Codex, Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, Gemini CLI, and similar tools
• • Identify bugs, scalability issues, edge cases, and failure modes
• • Compare multiple model outputs and provide technical assessments

Requirements:

• • 2+ years of professional Data Engineering experience
• • Experience with ETL, data warehousing, analytics engineering, or distributed data platforms
• • Familiarity with AI coding agents and modern developer workflows
• • Strong engineering judgment and code review skills

Project Details:
