We have an urgent role of Data Engineer with Databricks exp.

This role is 5 days onsite in Columbus OH

We are targeting mid-level to senior Data Engineers with Microsoft Fabric experience rather than highly senior Principal-level candidates but if a person has Databricks.

We are targeting mid-level to senior Data Engineers with Microsoft Fabric experience rather than highly senior Principal-level candidates.

We are open to evaluating both direct-hire and contract-to-hire candidates and expect the final hiring approach may be a combination of both depending on the candidate pool and business needs. Contract-only is not ideal but can be discussed further during the kickoff meeting.

• Candidates should have recent, hands-on experience designing, building, and supporting production data solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders are important.

• Experience working within the Microsoft data platform ecosystem

• Azure Data Factory
• Azure Synapse Analytics
• Power BI
• Experience supporting reporting and analytics environments
• Distribution, manufacturing, or similar business environments

• Operational Requirements
• Must be located in the Columbus, Ohio area
• Must be willing to work in-office five days per week
• Remote and hybrid arrangements will not be considered
• Candidates who are not currently local to the Columbus area will not be considered
