Data Engineer

• Robert Half is partnering with an established organization seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to own and evolve its enterprise analytics platform.
• This role combines Power BI ownership, analytics architecture, executive-facing reporting, automation, and future-state analytics strategy. The successful candidate will help drive reporting modernization while evaluating opportunities around AI-enabled insights, predictive analytics, and Microsoft Fabric technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and enhance the Power BI environment
• Design scalable reporting architecture
• Build and optimize semantic models
• Develop advanced SQL, DAX, and Power Query solutions
• Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders
• Create Python-based automation solutions
• Support Microsoft Fabric initiatives
• Identify forecasting and predictive analytics opportunities
• Help define future analytics strategy

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years analytics engineering, BI engineering, or related experience
• Advanced SQL
• Strong Power BI expertise
• Data modeling experience
• Production reporting environment experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to operate independently

COMPENSATION

• Up to $120,000 Base
• Discretionary Bonus
