JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Details:

• We are looking for a talented Data Engineer to join our team In this role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable data pipelines that support our data driven initiatives.
• You will work with databases such as MongoDB, IBM DB2 and MSSQL to manage and query data efficiently.
• You will be expected to write clean maintainable and efficient Python code participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Proficiency in Kafka and experience with streaming data platforms are essential for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Design build and maintain robust data pipelines.
• Manage and query data using MongoDB, IBM DB2 and MSSQL.
• Write high quality maintainable Python code.
• Participate in code reviews and share best practices with the team.
• Work with Kafka and streaming data technologies to enable Realtime data processing.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with data engineering.
• Handson experience with MongoDB, IBM DB2 and MSSQL.
• Solid understanding of Kafka and streaming data architectures.
• Commitment to writing clean efficient and well documented code.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
