Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer with strong expertise in Python, PySpark, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and BigQuery to design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience building enterprise-grade data platforms, transforming large datasets, and supporting analytics and reporting initiatives in a cloud environment.

• • Bachelor’s degree in related field
• • 6 - 10 years of experience in Data Engineering or related roles.
• • Strong programming experience in Python.
• • Hands-on experience with PySpark and distributed data processing frameworks.
• • Extensive experience working with BigQuery for data warehousing and analytics.
• • Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• • Proficiency in SQL and database design principles.
• • Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.
• • Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and dimensional modeling concepts.
• • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
