About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team at GrabJobs. In this role, you will be instrumental in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent to meet the evolving needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of various recruitment channels, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. As a key contributor to our talent acquisition efforts, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies that attract high-caliber candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems, and social media recruiting platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze job requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
• Organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities within the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
