Data Engineer

• DATA ENGINEER (Exp in IICS, Snowflake)
• Location: Hybrid Austin, TX (2–3 days onsite per week)

We are looking for a talented and motivated Data Engineer with strong experience in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), Snowflake, Database and SQL to join our growing data team. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and help shape enterprise data systems.

• Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica Cloud (IICS).
• Build, optimize, and manage data models and data warehousing solutions in Snowflake.
• Write efficient and complex SQL queries for data transformation, analysis, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and reliability across all data pipelines.
• Develop reusable data frameworks, automation processes, and workflow orchestration.
• Monitor data pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance improvements.
• Work in Agile teams supporting sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cycles.
• Required Skills
• 4–8+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer.
• Strong expertise in IICS (mappings, tasks, parameterization, scheduling).
• Proficient in Snowflake (warehouses, stages, SnowSQL, task/stream pipelines).
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in writing complex queries and tuning performance.
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT design, data warehousing concepts, and cloud-based data architecture.
• Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Preferred Skills
• Experience with Python for automation or data processing.
• Familiarity with Terraform, DBT, Airflow, or other orchestration/automation tools.
• Knowledge of API integrations and real-time/streaming solutions.
• Exposure to data governance, data quality frameworks, and metadata management
