• Job Duties
• • Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines supporting enterprise reporting and analytics.
• • Build and optimize data integration processes across multiple healthcare and enterprise source systems.
• • Develop and maintain SQL-based data transformation and data movement processes.
• • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and completeness across all enterprise data pipelines.
• • Collaborate with Data Analysts, Senior Data Analysts, and Application Development teams to support data requirements.
• • Design and implement data models to support reporting, analytics, and operational use cases.
• • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data pipeline failures, performance issues, and data discrepancies.
• • Implement data validation, reconciliation, and data quality controls.
• • Support enterprise data warehouse development and enhancement initiatives.
• • Optimize data processing performance and improve pipeline efficiency.
• • Document data architecture, data flows, and transformation logic.
• • Ensure compliance with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), coding standards, and IT governance policies.
• • Support HIPAA/HITECH compliance through secure handling of healthcare data.
• • Continuously improve data engineering processes, automation, and system reliability.
• • Maintain awareness of emerging data engineering technologies and best practices.
