Job Summary
Aaratech Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Engineer. In this role, you will design and optimize enterprise-scale data solutions, build scalable cloud-based data pipelines, and support advanced analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for enterprise data integration.
Build and optimize cloud-based data warehouses and data lakes.
Develop high-performance SQL queries and data transformation processes.
Ensure data quality, governance, security, and pipeline reliability.
Collaborate with Data Analysts, Business Analysts, Data Scientists, and application teams.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to data architecture and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Big Data, or Cloud Data Engineering.
Strong experience with SQL, Python, and cloud-based data platforms.
Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS Glue, or similar technologies.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
Knowledge of Apache Spark, Kafka, or Hadoop.
Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
Any certifications such as Microsoft Azure Data Engineer Associate, AWS Certified Data Engineer, Databricks, or Snowflake certifications are a plus.
