Summary:

• We are seeking a motivated and analytically driven entry-level data engineering professional to join our innovative team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and implement automation opportunities within our manufacturing processes. You will leverage cutting-edge tools and technologies to design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions — including robotic process automation systems — that drive operational efficiency and productivity. Korean bilingual proficiency is required, and prior experience in the telecommunications industry is a welcomed advantage.
• Responsibilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation across various aspects of the manufacturing process
• Design and develop customized automation solutions using industry-leading tools and technologies
• Develop and deploy robotic process automation (RPA) systems programmed to execute repetitive tasks autonomously
• Conduct thorough testing and validation procedures to ensure seamless integration and optimal system performance
• Continuously monitor system effectiveness and make adjustments as needed to maximize productivity gains
• Provide training sessions for team members on new automation initiatives and best practices
• Evaluate data from multiple angles to identify discrepancies and opportunities for improvement
• Apply mathematical and statistical reasoning — including normality, probability, complex numbers, and logarithms — to data analysis tasks
• Skills
• Korean bilingual proficiency (required)
• Proficiency in Python and machine learning principles and applications
• Proficiency in programming languages, preferably including JavaScript
• Understanding of big data analytics and data visualization tools
• Prior experience working with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) applications
• Knowledgeable background in Artificial Intelligence principles and practical implementations
• Ability to communicate fluently in mathematical and statistical terms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data from multiple perspectives
• High level of visual acuity and numeric/character distinction for accurate data analysis and error recognition
• High hand/finger dexterity with fine motor coordination skills
• Experience
• 0–3 years of job-related data engineering or automation experience preferred
• Prior experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
• Hands-on experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and workflows
• Practical experience applying machine learning and AI concepts in a professional setting
• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field required
• Korean bilingual certification or demonstrated fluency required

• Pay Range*: $35-$38
• Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
