About The Role

The Data Developer role at Experis/ManpowerGroup is a critical position within the Data & Analytics department, supporting Business and Data Analysts in delivering high-quality data solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing scripts, processes, and tools to facilitate data ingestion, transformation, and delivery, enabling the organization to make data-driven decisions. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical expertise in SQL, Python, and ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory. The Data Developer will collaborate closely with team members to optimize data pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and enhance system performance. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, contributing directly to the company's analytics capabilities and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess proficiency in SQL, Python, and Azure Data Factory ETL tools. Experience with data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and building scalable data pipelines is essential. Strong development, quality assurance, and performance tuning skills are required to ensure reliable and efficient data processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, along with effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team. A background in data management, data integration, and troubleshooting complex data workflows will be highly valued. Relevant certifications or prior experience in a similar role will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scripts, processes, and tools for data ingestion, transformation, and delivery to support analytics and reporting needs.
  • Create efficient SQL queries and build robust data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
  • Design and implement ETL solutions, automating data workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across multiple platforms and systems.
  • Collaborate with Business and Data Analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues within data pipelines and systems.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Stay updated with emerging data technologies and best practices to continuously improve data processes.
