• Job Title: Data Coordinator
• Job Location: Darien, CT 06820
• Duration: 12+ months (High Chances of extension)
• Payrate: $30/hr on W2

Qualifications:

• • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data organization, reporting; automation a plus)
• • Strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems
• • Highly organized, detail oriented, and process minded
• • Strong listening skills with a proactive, solution oriented mindset
• • Comfortable balancing both administrative tasks and technical problem solving
• • Science or Engineering background preferred

Responsibilities:

• Key Responsibilities
• • Collect, review, and organize raw material regulatory, technical, and sustainability documentation from suppliers and internal databases. Support chemist with raw materials needed for formula development
• • Prioritize raw materials for review and update based on requirements, business needs, and project timelines
• • Track progress and maintain visibility of outstanding documentation requests

• • Partner with global R&D and Product Lifecycle Management teams to obtain and validate raw material information.
• o Observe and understand current workflows, pain points, and opportunities
• o Gather input and translate needs into actionable improvements

• Advance digital, system, and process capabilities by:

• oCreating, improving, and maintaining Excel tools (tracking, reporting, automation)
• o Supporting implementation and adoption of new software or systems
• o Developing simple, practical digital solutions that improve efficiency and data quality
• o Assist with documentation, process mapping, and basic computer training materials as needed
