Job Description:

• Title: Data Entry Clerk

• Location: Mundelein, IL, 60060, Hybrid 3 Onsite, 2 Remote
• Pay Range : $17/hr-$20/hr

Mission: Support internal operations by accurately entering, maintaining, and validating data across multiple systems while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and completeness of records.

Responsbilities:

Data Entry Specialist to support internal teams with data entry, recordkeeping, and administrative support activities related to customer licensing, regulatory documentation, and quality compliance. This individual will be responsible for entering and maintaining accurate data within internal systems and logs, validating information for completeness and accuracy, and assisting with clerical and documentation-related tasks. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and comfort handling repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Must Haves:

Basic computer and data entry experience

Strong attention to detail and organizational experience

Ability to maintain accuracy while handling repetitive tasks

Strong written and verbal communication experience

Ability to manage and maintain records confidentially and accurately
