  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Coordinator to support raw-material data management, documentation tracking, and process improvement initiatives. This onsite role combines administrative coordination with technical problem-solving and will partner closely with R&D and product lifecycle teams.

  • Pay Rate: $30.00/hour
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, review, and organize regulatory, technical, and sustainability documentation for raw materials from suppliers and internal data sources.
  • Support technical teams by helping identify and maintain raw-material information needed for formula development.
  • Prioritize documentation reviews and updates based on requirements, business needs, and project timelines.
  • Track outstanding documentation requests and maintain clear progress visibility.
  • Partner with global R&D and product lifecycle management teams to obtain and validate raw-material data.
  • Observe current workflows, identify pain points, and help translate stakeholder feedback into practical improvements.
  • Create, enhance, and maintain Excel-based tracking, reporting, and automation tools.
  • Support implementation and adoption of new software, systems, and data-management processes.
  • Develop practical digital solutions that improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, and data quality.
  • Assist with documentation, process mapping, and basic computer training materials as needed.
  • Qualifications
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, data organization, and reporting; automation experience is a plus.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software platforms and systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a process-focused mindset.
  • Excellent listening skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Comfort balancing administrative coordination with technical problem-solving.
  • A background in science or engineering is preferred.
