Role Description The Data Coordinator will support the platform by organizing, maintaining, and analyzing job posting data collected from multiple sources. This part-time remote role involves cleaning and validating datasets, updating and managing job listing databases, and preparing basic reports and summaries to inform content and posting strategies. The Data Coordinator will monitor data quality, identify trends in job openings across industries and regions, and collaborate with the team to optimize how job information is presented to followers. The role may also include assisting with simple data visualizations and contributing insights to improve the efficiency and relevance of the aggregated job directory.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Data Analytics and Data Analysis skills for interpreting job market trends and generating insights.
Candidates should possess solid Data Management and Data Modeling skills for organizing, structuring, and maintaining datasets.
Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills for problem-solving, pattern recognition, and decision support.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or BI tools is a plus).
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling large volumes of information.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage part-time hours effectively.
Strong written communication skills for clear documentation and reporting.
Relevant coursework or experience in data-related fields; a degree in statistics, computer science, information systems, or a related discipline is an advantage but not mandatory.
