Role Description The Data Coordinator is a part-time remote role responsible for organizing, validating, and maintaining datasets related to the FPI TUNIS 2025 forum. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves collecting data from multiple internal and external sources, cleaning and structuring information, and ensuring consistent data standards across systems and reports. The Data Coordinator will prepare summaries and dashboards to support event planning, participant tracking, and post-event analysis, working closely with program, operations, and communications teams. The role includes monitoring data quality, identifying discrepancies, and implementing improvements to data processes and documentation. This position requires independent work, timely communication, and adherence to data privacy and confidentiality guidelines.
Qualifications
Strong Data Management and Data Modeling skills, with the ability to structure, organize, and maintain accurate datasets.
Proficiency in Data Analytics and Data Analysis to interpret data, generate insights, and support reporting and decision-making.
Excellent Analytical Skills, including attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to identify patterns and inconsistencies.
Comfort with common data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, BI or visualization tools) and willingness to learn new systems.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes and explain findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a part-time remote environment.
Understanding of data privacy, security, and ethical handling of information; experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical data is an advantage.
Relevant education in data science, statistics, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
