Role Description The Data Coordinator at Box Xperience is a part-time, remote role responsible for organizing, maintaining, and analyzing data related to productions, events, marketing activities, and web content performance. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and validating data from multiple sources, updating and managing databases or spreadsheets, and preparing regular reports and dashboards to support decision-making. The role involves identifying trends and insights that can improve event planning, audience engagement, and marketing effectiveness, as well as assisting in the creation of data models to forecast outcomes. The Data Coordinator collaborates with production, marketing, and web content teams to ensure data is accessible, accurate, and presented in a clear, actionable format.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Data Analytics and Data Analysis skills to interpret information and generate actionable insights.
Candidates should possess solid Data Management abilities, including organizing, cleaning, and maintaining datasets and databases.
Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to evaluate trends, identify patterns, and support data-driven decisions.
Candidates should possess familiarity with Data Modeling to help structure data and support forecasting or scenario analysis.
Proficiency with spreadsheet tools and basic data visualization (e.g., charts, dashboards) is beneficial.
Experience working remotely, with strong time management, organization, and attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Background in data-related fields (e.g., Statistics, Information Systems, Business Analytics) or equivalent practical experience is an asset.
