Data Centre Construction Project Manager

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee field resources and construction activities throughout the installation, startup, and commissioning of large-scale projects. The role will coordinate mechanical, electrical, low-voltage, and third-party resources while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical, electrical, thermal, and third-party field activities.
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Monitor manpower requirements and project schedules.
• Lead regular coordination meetings with internal and site stakeholders.
• Track project progress, field changes, and scope variations.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and project specifications.
• Support project managers with completion tracking and reporting.
• Identify out-of-scope work and ensure contractual requirements are met.
• Prepare project updates and presentations for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing MEP scopes and personnel on large commercial construction projects.
• 8–12 years of related MEP/field construction experience preferred.
• Experience managing up to 50 field resources.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills.
• 5+ years of experience with commissioning issue-resolution software.
• Data center construction experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction, or a related technical field preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
