Data Center Security

Insight Global is seeking motivated security professionals across all experience levels to support large-scale data center, hyperscale, commercial, and mission-critical infrastructure projects nationwide. Opportunities are available for Security Technicians, Lead Technicians, Field Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers, Superintendents, and other security construction professionals. The security division is one of the company's fastest-growing groups, supporting access control, CCTV, video surveillance, and physical security deployments for major clients and facilities.

• Responsibilities (will vary based on role)
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, test, and commission electronic security systems.
• Support access control, CCTV, video surveillance, and low-voltage infrastructure projects.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and design documents.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, project teams, and field personnel.
• Support construction, commissioning, startup, and turnover activities.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field operations (for leadership-level roles).
• Ensure quality, safety, and successful project execution on mission-critical facilities

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience level may range from entry-level technicians to senior project leadership.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced construction and mission-critical environments.
• Industry certifications such as Genetec, PSP, CPP, CSPM, PMP, OSHA, or manufacturer certifications are a plus
