• As demand continues to accelerate across the data center market, they are seeking a Market Leader to help expand their presence, deepen client relationships, and guide clients through the strategy, planning, and delivery of mission-critical projects.

The Role

This is a highly visible leadership position that combines client development, strategic consulting, technical advisory services, and project leadership.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients while helping grow and shape a rapidly expanding data center practice. You'll work directly with senior decision-makers, influence business strategy, support complex infrastructure initiatives, and represent the firm throughout the mission-critical community.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with enterprise, hyperscale, colocation, and institutional clients
• Advise clients on data center strategy, infrastructure planning, and facility development
• Lead assessments of existing infrastructure and translate client objectives into actionable project solutions
• Support proposal development, technical scopes, and client presentations
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and project management teams to deliver successful outcomes
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and industry partners throughout project execution
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and pursue new business opportunities
• Represent the firm at conferences, industry events, and professional organizations
• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives and help shape the firm's presence in the data center market

• What We're Looking For
• 10+ years of experience in mission-critical, data center, engineering, consulting, construction, or project leadership environments
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and critical facility systems
• Experience leading complex projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
• Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in a consulting, owner's representative, engineering, development, or program management environment
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and travel as needed
