Data Center Lead Project Manager

We are looking to hire a QC Lead / Lead PM for our client’s data center campus in Fayetteville, GA, for an execution-focused field role. In this role, you will own the QC program, data center PM relationships, technical credibility of everything the tram produces, and is directly driving the program to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Capture and document QA/QC framework for the initial and on-going deployment of racks and devices in a live data center
• Define and document the ongoing cycle for capturing QC findings, surfacing process gaps, routing updates through DCPM review, and publishing revised documentation — including cadence, ownership, and escalation paths
• Naming convention, version control, folder structure, and access tiers in client-designated platform
• A comprehensive Quality Assurance and Quality Control Framework that defines inspection criteria, testing protocols, acceptance thresholds, and escalation procedures to ensure all infrastructure components, workflows, and outputs meet defined quality benchmarks prior to acceptance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data center operations or enterprise IT infrastructure
• Demonstrated experience building QA/QC programs or processing documentation from scratch
• Technical writing capability — can produce audit-ready SOPs without a resolute writer
• Comfortable operating in a vendor ecosystem and presenting to DCPMs
• Project / program management experience — can manage scope, timeline, and stakeholder expectations simultaneously
• Microsoft-provided QC tracking tool proficiency
