Data Center Infrastructure Engineer (3rd Shift) - onsite 5 days onsite in Itasca, IL

Position Title: Infrastructure Engineer Sr

• Position Location: on-site 4 days in office
• Itasca, IL 60143

Work Schedule:

• DAYS OF THE WEEK: Wednesday to Saturday
• Time 3pm-1:30am EST

The Data Center team oversees the design, build, operation, and continuity of physical data center environments, ensuring critical applications and infrastructure remain secure, highly available, and resilient across regions. As part of the Data Center Strategy, this role will support the development of a 24/7 remote hands team at the DCE data center, which is essential to the deployment and ongoing support of our three production data center rooms.

Must-Have Technical Skills:

• Direct experience with physical data center operations (rack-and-stack, structured copper and fiber cabling, hardware break-fix, and asset management)
• Solid understanding of power, cooling, and physical security controls.

FLEX SKILLS:

• Standard tooling such as ServiceNow, Jira, CMDB, and DCIM systems.
• Administrative experience a plus
