Data Center Asset Management Specialist #26-14566

Duration: 12 + Months Contract with possible extension

Summary: We are seeking a Data Center Asset Management Specialist to support enterprise datacenter operations with a strong focus on asset lifecycle management, infrastructure documentation, service workflows, and physical media tracking.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day operations within a controlled data center environment
• Perform rack, stack, decommission, and MAC activity Audits
• Maintain accurate asset data in DCIM and asset management systems
• Manage physical media inventory using PMTT
• Manage ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets and Total Tracker Systems
• Ensure data alignment between DCIM, asset tools, and ServiceNow
• Generate reports using advanced Microsoft Excel techniques
• Participate in audits and compliance activities

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience working in a data center environment
• Hands-on experience with DCIM systems
• Advanced to expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience using PMTT (Physical Media Tracking Tool)
• Experience working within ServiceNow (SNOW) frameworks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting audits
• ITIL framework familiarity
• Enterprise or colocation data center experience
