About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data & Business Insights Analyst to join our growing team. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for recent graduates, career starters, and individuals looking to begin a career in data analytics and business intelligence.
The ideal candidate will help collect, analyze, and interpret business data to support decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and identify growth opportunities. No prior professional experience is required. Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, organize, and maintain business and operational data from multiple sources.
Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for management teams.
Analyze trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Support business decision-making through data-driven insights.
Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks.
Prepare regular performance and business intelligence reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
Conduct market, competitor, and industry research as needed.
Document analytical findings and recommendations.
Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in:
Business Administration
Data Analytics
Information Systems
Computer Science
Statistics
Economics
Mathematics
Engineering
Or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Basic understanding of data analysis concepts.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
Basic knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Understanding of databases and SQL fundamentals.
Exposure to reporting, business intelligence, or analytics projects through coursework, internships, academic projects, or self-learning.
Knowledge of AI-assisted productivity tools is a plus.
