• ⦁ Experience: 10+ years in Data Architecture or Engineering, with at least 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Fabric (or deep expertise in Power BI + Azure Synapse/Databricks).
• ⦁ Technical Mastery: Proficient in PySpark/Notebooks, T-SQL, and DAX.
• ⦁ Data Strategy: Proven track record of designing "OneLake" architectures that break down departmental data silos.
