Data Architect

• 6 month contract + possible extensions
• Remote in the US - EST hours *Open to part-time*
• Pay: $75-90/hr

• Required Skills
• Data Architecture and Data Engineering experience
• Strong experience designing and overseeing large-scale data migration programs
• Hands-on experience with Apache NiFi
• Workday (or equivalent HR system) implementation or migration experience
• Experience developing enterprise data architecture, integration patterns, and migration frameworks
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data modelling, and data governance
• Experience working with technical and business stakeholders to define data migration strategies and solutions
• Strong SQL skills and enterprise data platform experience
• Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance across multiple workstreams

• Nice to Have
• Snowflake experience
• Cloud data platform experience (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Experience supporting HR, Payroll, or ERP transformation programs
