Data and Reporting Analyst

Our client is seeking a Data Reporting Analyst to join their team. As a Data Reporting Analyst you will be part of the Data & Reporting team supporting complex data initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Data Reporting Analyst

Location: Madison, WI

What's the Job?

• Lead end-to-end data reporting lifecycle, from gathering stakeholder requirements to technical development and implementation of reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support complex data initiatives.
• Ensure all data outputs comply with state and federal regulations, maintaining data integrity and security.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand policy needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Document processes, lead projects, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the data and analytics domain.

What's Needed?

• 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, report development, and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and policy integration related to data reporting.
• Experience with documentation and project leadership in a data environment.
• Ability to bridge the gap between policy and technology effectively.
• Willingness to work onsite in Madison, WI
