Data Analytics Training Program

Role Overview: This position involves participating in an intensive, skill-based training program designed to prepare young adults for professional careers.

Responsibilities: Engage in classroom instruction, develop technical and professional skills, and participate in internships or job placement opportunities. Provide and receive mentorship and coaching, build resumes, enhance networking and interview skills, and gain support to launch a career.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, U.S. work eligibility, motivation to learn, and availability to participate fully in the program. Bachelor's degree not required. Additional screening may be necessary.

Skills & Training: Classes include Banking, IT Support, Application Development, Data Analytics, and Project Management. Participants earn an educational stipend during internships and receive ongoing guidance and support.
