  • About the Role
  • The Data & Analytics Sales Leader for the Insurance industry will drive revenue growth, expand strategic client relationships, and position LTIMindtree’s data and analytics capabilities across the East Coast market. The role demands strong domain understanding across Insurance, streaming, advertising, and content ecosystems, along with the ability to translate data-driven insights into business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth of Data & Analytics (D&A) services across Insurance accounts through strategic account planning
  • Own a portfolio of accounts with accountability for revenue growth, TCV, and profitability
  • Lead complex pursuits including data platforms for content personalization, ad-tech optimization, and audience analytics

  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, COEs, and delivery teams to build industry-relevant solutions
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders (CIOs, CDOs, CMOs, Chief Content Officers, Ad Sales Heads)
  • Identify new business opportunities across content analytics, customer 360, monetization, and AI-driven insights
  • Represent LTIMindtree as a thought leader at Insurance industry forums (NAB, IBC, etc.)
  • Required Skills
  • Strong experience in Data & Analytics: Data Modernization, Data Engineering,AI/ML, Advanced Analytics, Visualization
  • Experience with platforms: Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, GCP, Azure, Tableau,Adobe, Salesforce
  • Proven track record in consultative selling and closing large deals
  • Experience in commercial structuring and solutioning
  • Strong executive presence with ability to influence business & tech stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 15+ years in technology consulting/services with focus on Data & Analytics
  • 5+ years in Insurance industry
  • Proven success in digital transformation for Insurance clients
  • Experience in both account growth and new business acquisition
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • Education
  • Relevant degree required.

Pay Range:

Base Salary: $155,000 + per annum; Full-time; Mid-Senior level a plus.

  • In addition, we offer a bonus which is dependent on achievement of targets by the role holder as well as the organization.
  • The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
