The Data Analyst supports organizational decision-making by collecting, validating, analyzing, and reporting data across programs, membership, grants, finance, and operations. In this role, the analyst develops recurring reports and dashboards, identifies trends and opportunities, improves data quality, and helps translate data into meaningful insights for staff, leadership, the Board of Directors, funders, and other stakeholders. The position also supports grant and program reporting, performance measurement, and continuous improvement efforts across the organization. Clinical Quality Manager
The Clinical Quality Manager leads clinical quality management for a statewide program supporting free and charitable clinics. This role oversees quality improvement support, grant-funded program tracking, reporting, and technical assistance to help clinics implement standards, use data, strengthen systems, and improve care for underserved populations. The position works with clinic partners, funders, and program leadership to advance consistent clinical quality practices and meet program and grant expectations statewide. Business Operations Coordinator
The Business Operations Coordinator serves as a highly efficient administrative expert who drives seamless business operations across financial, healthcare, and program functions. This role is instrumental in keeping organizational processes running smoothly and effectively, ensuring that teams and programs are well supported and positioned for success. The coordinator provides skilled oversight of the annual membership campaign, maintains the DHS Volunteer Health Care Provider Program (VHCP) database, manages payroll and employee benefits administration, processes accounts receivable and payable, and maintains personnel records with accuracy and discretion. The position also plays a key role in preparing and supporting financial reporting for staff, the Board of Directors, and grant funders.
