Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Writer role based in Delhi, India at The Project Studio. The Writer will be responsible for developing clear, engaging written content for various formats, including project proposals, reports, presentations, marketing materials, and internal communications. Day-to-day tasks include researching topics, drafting and revising copy, collaborating with project managers and designers to align messaging with project objectives, and adapting content to different audiences and platforms. The Writer will also ensure consistency with brand voice and style guidelines, maintain high editorial standards, and meet deadlines across multiple concurrent projects. The role involves participating in team reviews, incorporating feedback, and contributing ideas to improve communication strategies and creative outputs.
Qualifications
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and audience-appropriate content.
Ability to conduct structured research and translate complex information into accessible, well-organized narratives.
Experience developing content for multiple formats such as reports, presentations, marketing materials, and digital platforms.
Attention to detail in grammar, style, and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining consistent standards.
Effective collaboration skills, including working closely with cross-functional teams and incorporating feedback constructively.
Proficiency in common office and content tools (e.g., word processing, presentation software; familiarity with collaborative tools is an advantage).
Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in a professional writing or editorial role; experience in project-based or creative environments is a plus.
