We are seeking motivated and aspiring Data Analysts to join our growing consulting team. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates and early-career IT professionals who are passionate about data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, and transforming data into meaningful insights to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business and operational objectives.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key business insights.
  • Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and software development teams to understand reporting requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining data quality, accuracy, and integrity across enterprise systems.
  • Generate ad hoc reports and provide analytical support for business initiatives.
  • Follow data management best practices, including documentation, version control, and Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 1–4 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, analytics, or a related technical role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in **SQL, Microsoft Excel, Python, R, or similar data analysis tools**.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as **Power BI, Tableau, or Looker**.
  • Understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and database concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of statistics, data analysis techniques, and business intelligence principles.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as **AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)** is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data analysis libraries such as **Pandas, NumPy**, or similar tools is preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to relocate to **Atlanta, GA** for the paid training program and travel or relocate as required for client engagements across the United States.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Internship, academic, or personal projects involving data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or data visualization.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), SQL, and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
  • Knowledge of Git or other version control systems.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
