- 🚨 Hiring: IT Analyst I – Supply Chain | Parsippany, NJ
- We’re looking for an IT Analyst I – Supply Chain to support logistics, inventory, procurement, and operational data initiatives in a healthcare environment.
- 📍 Location: Parsippany, NJ – Onsite/Warehouse
- 🕐 Schedule: Full-time, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
- 📅 Contract: 21 weeks
- 🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree required
- 💼 Experience: 1–2 years of related experience
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities
- • Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret supply chain and logistics data
- • Develop reports, dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs
- • Analyze inventory, procurement, delivery performance, equipment utilization, and costs
- • Support forecasting, demand planning, and process improvement initiatives
- • Perform root-cause analysis and provide data-driven recommendations
- • Troubleshoot applications, PCs, software, and basic network issues
- • Support system testing, installations, upgrades, and enhancements
- • Provide technical support to end users and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- • Maintain data accuracy, security, documentation, and reporting standards
- 🔹 Desired Skills

- • Excellent written and verbal communication
- • Strong customer service and teamwork skills
- • Microsoft Office, SQL, Oracle, UNIX, Visio, databases, and operating systems
- • Healthcare IT / HL7 knowledge is a plus
- • Desktop support experience is a plus
- ⚠️ Important: This position is located in a warehouse environment, where temperatures may vary by season. Candidates may be required to assist with warehouse supply chain activities, including lifting and receiving supplies weighing up to 60 lbs.
