About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic data and analytics team. This full-time, remote position is open to candidates based in the US or Canada and offers the opportunity to influence product strategy across multiple domains including Finance, Product, and Retail. As part of our ongoing transformation, you will play a critical role in reinventing analytics processes, driving data-driven decision-making, and supporting our mission to revolutionize cross-border payments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—ranging from Data, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance—to extract actionable insights, optimize product performance, and enhance customer experience through innovative analytics solutions. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to a fast-paced, high-growth environment and help shape the future of global financial services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
  • Proficiency in SQL for large dataset querying and manipulation
  • Experience with analytics programming languages such as Python and/or R is desirable
  • Strong expertise in data visualization tools, preferably Looker or similar BI platforms
  • Deep understanding of statistical analysis, experiment design, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear narratives
  • Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environment
  • Global experience and familiarity with direct-to-consumer, fintech, or financial services industries is a plus
  • Passion for leveraging data to improve products and customer experiences

Responsibilities

  • Lead the reinvention of analytics processes by adopting innovative approaches, including AI and automation tools
  • Develop and refine the customer experience and product performance metrics to provide deep insights into user behavior and product impact
  • Analyze partner, customer, and enterprise data to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and inform strategic decisions
  • Create compelling visualizations and reports to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Data, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance—to align analytics initiatives with business goals
  • Champion best-in-class analytics tools, platforms, and automation processes; work with engineering teams to implement and optimize these solutions
  • Support experimentation efforts by organizing data into cohorts, measuring performance, and providing insights on feature or functionality rollouts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics and data science to continuously improve capabilities
