We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, highly analytical, and eager to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive business performance. This role will support both recurring and ad hoc analysis across the business, helping teams make faster, smarter decisions. We are looking for someone who is high-energy, hands-on, collaborative, and willing to dive in and “run through walls” to get things done.
Responsibilities:
- • Partner directly with management to support strategy development and execution through data-driven insights and experimentation across sales and marketing channels
- • Design and build full-cycle experiments, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that improve decision-making and business outcomes
- • Gather stakeholder requirements, deQine key success metrics, and maintain regular reporting on performance indicators
- • Identify, integrate, and help automate new data sources and pipelines to improve data availability and reliability
- • Analyze datasets to identify trends, correlations, and relationships between key business metrics
- • Ensure data practices are aligned with privacy, compliance, and governance standards
- • Help establish and maintain a single source of truth across core datasets and reporting layers
- • Ensure ongoing data integrity, consistency, and observability across all reporting systems
Quali5ications:
- • Have 2-3 years working as a data analyst, business analyst, or data engineer.
- • Strong experience using SQL to turn datasets into metrics.
- • Experience with the ELT pattern
- • Experience in managing databases, including relational database architecture, query optimization, and database schema design.
- • Empathy and creativity to understand and solve stakeholders' problems.
- • Passion for data origins, integrity, accuracy, and storytelling.
