Data Analyst

• Role: Data Analyst/ AI Solutions & Automation Consultant
• Rate: $50–$55/hr
• Location: Fully Remote

We are seeking an AI Solutions & Automation Consultant to partner with business stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities across Generative AI, AI automation, analytics, and intelligent workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess AI, automation, and analytics opportunities with business teams.
• Design and implement solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, LLMs, and AI agents.
• Translate business requirements and manual processes into AI-enabled solutions and automated workflows.
• Analyze data and processes to assess feasibility, risks, controls, and expected business value.
• Manage initiatives end-to-end from requirements gathering through testing, documentation, implementation, and adoption.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations through data analysis.
• Collaborate with business, risk, privacy, and governance stakeholders to ensure responsible AI adoption.

Required / Preferred Skills:

• Python and SQL
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, or agentic AI solutions
• Experience with AI automation and workflow automation
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or similar technologies
• Strong analytics and data insights capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple initiatives
• Curiosity and interest in emerging AI technologies and use cases
• Financial services / financial institution experience is a plus
