• Location Note: Hybrid: 1-3 days/per week in the office (no specific days)

• Schedule Hours: 9 am-5 pm Monday-Friday (No OT)

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

• 1. 5 - 7 (max) years of experience in data analysis, data mapping, data discovery, and data modelling.
• 2. Proven track record of working with SMEs to deliver data-driven solutions.
• 3. Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
• 4. Experience with Python, R, or similar for data analysis and visualization, such as BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for reporting and dashboard creation.
• 5. Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• 6. Spanish-speaking candidates mandatory

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

• 1. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, pipelines and ETL processes.
• 2. Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques or machine learning fundamentals.
• 3. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

• • The best candidate will have hands-on experience with data visualization tools, a solid understanding of data mapping, data discovery and data modelling, and a proven ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments. They should also have experience working with big data technologies and managing large-scale databases.

CANDIDATE REVIEW & SELECTION

• Two rounds of interviews 2 rounds – MS Teams Video Interviews –going through experience, testing language skills, there may be a technical assessment 1st – with Hiring manager and possibly Project manager, and Data Lead – 30 minutes 2nd – with HM (Data Science Director) – 30 minutes
