As a Staff Data Analyst, you will be a strategic analytical partner to operations, product, senior leadership, and executive management. You will use Python, SQL, dbt, Jupyter Notebooks, Streamlit, BigQuery-connected Google Sheets, and modern AI-assisted tools to conduct deep-dive analysis, build actionable reporting tools, identify business opportunities, and translate complex data into strategic recommendations.

## Key Responsibilities

• * Act as a trusted analytical advisor to senior leadership and executive management.

## Required Qualifications

• * Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to advise, challenge, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders.
• * Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, visualization, and lightweight data application development using Streamlit.
• * Experience with Pandas and NumPy.
• * Proficiency in SQL and dbt for data modeling.
• * Experience with cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery or Snowflake.
• * Expert-level experience using Jupyter Notebooks for structured exploratory data analysis and statistical validation.
• * Demonstrated experience using modern, secure AI tools and developer workflow automation to improve coding, debugging, and analytical processes.

## Compensation & Benefits
