About The Role

As a Data Analyst at Holafly, you will serve as a vital analytical engine supporting our Operations, Customer Experience (CX), and Quality Assurance (QA) pillars. Your primary responsibility is to go beyond simple data tracking by leveraging SQL and Looker to build comprehensive business cases that influence our global strategy and enhance operational efficiency. You will design and maintain scalable dashboards, perform in-depth analyses to uncover the "why" behind key metrics, and develop automation tools to streamline processes. Your insights will directly impact decision-making at the leadership level, helping prioritize high-ROI initiatives and optimize overall performance. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, specifically within Operations, CX, or high-growth B2B/B2C technology environments
• Expert proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex, performant queries in Google BigQuery independently
• Proven experience in data visualization, particularly in building sophisticated, user-friendly models in Looker (LookML knowledge is a plus)
• Strong strategic mindset with experience in building business cases and influencing product or operational roadmaps through data insights
• Excellent communication skills in professional English, capable of explaining technical findings to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain automated dashboards in Looker/BigQuery, providing a reliable "single source of truth" for team performance and customer health metrics
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on key performance indicators such as NPS, contact rates, and agent performance to identify underlying causes and opportunities for improvement
• Build compelling business cases by quantifying the impact of potential CX or operations enhancements to assist leadership in prioritizing initiatives
• Develop automation scripts, tools, and processes to improve operational workflows and increase team productivity
• Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to ensure data integrity, define clear metrics, and uphold data governance standards across departments
• Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable narratives for non-technical stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision-making
