Position: Senior Operations Data Analyst - Power Apps
Location: Oakland, San Ramon, Walnut Creek, Concord, Berkeley, San Francisco, San Jose, Sacramento, Roseville, Fairfield/Vacaville, Stockton, Tracy, Modesto, Fresno, Auburn in California
Hybrid-3 Days onsite 2 Days Remote
Duration: 6-18 Months Contract W2

What You'll Do
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain production-quality Power Apps.
Build new Canvas Apps from scratch based on business requirements and operational needs.
Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into practical application solutions.
Gather and document requirements from users who may have limited technical or data expertise.
Ask the right questions to understand the underlying business need rather than simply building to an initial request.
Develop user-friendly interfaces, forms, workflows, data-entry experiences, validation logic, and business rules.
Integrate Power Apps with the broader Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
Design applications that support data collection, reporting, workflow visibility, and operational decision-making.
Manage the full Power Apps lifecycle, including development, testing, release, documentation, maintenance, and enhancement.
Collaborate with analysts, business partners, and external stakeholders to ensure solutions meet functional requirements.
Translate complex operational and analytical requirements into intuitive applications.
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve the quality and accessibility of business data.
Troubleshoot and enhance existing applications as needed.
Document application functionality, development decisions, and ongoing maintenance requirements.
Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.

Primary Technical Focus: Power Apps
Power Apps development is the most important requirement for this position.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate experience building applications from the ground up, rather than simply configuring or administering existing Power Apps.
