  • Role Description The Data Analyst role at PGt Agency is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mobile Metropolitan Area. In this role, the Data Analyst gathers, cleans, and analyzes data from various sources to support reputation management, communications strategies, and performance reporting. The role includes building datasets and dashboards, identifying trends and patterns, and translating analytical findings into clear insights and recommendations for internal teams and clients. The Data Analyst collaborates with communications, strategy, and account teams to design measurement frameworks, track key performance indicators, and support data-driven decision-making. The position also involves documenting methodologies, maintaining data quality standards, and presenting results in a clear, accessible format.
  • Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities for interpreting complex datasets and generating actionable insights.
  • Candidates should possess solid Statistics knowledge to design measurements, perform hypothesis testing, and ensure reliable conclusions.
  • Candidates should possess Data Modeling skills to structure data, build robust models, and support forecasting or scenario analysis.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings clearly, create reports and visualizations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI dashboards, or similar) and familiarity with visualization platforms is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience working with marketing, communications, or reputation-related data and an ability to work accurately under deadlines are advantageous.
