Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst – People Analytics to support workforce reporting, dashboard development, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, dashboarding, data quality management, and data storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and automate recurring reports and dashboards.
Analyze workforce data to identify trends, anomalies, and business insights.
Develop dashboards using Workday Discovery Boards, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
Ensure data accuracy through data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation.
Create executive-ready presentations and data summaries for leadership.
Support survey reporting, vendor management, and audit/compliance requirements.
Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to improve efficiency and automate tasks.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, HR, Finance, or related field.
2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, People Analytics, HR Analytics, or a related data-focused role.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, data analysis).
Strong experience with dashboarding and reporting tools.
Ability to translate data into meaningful business insights and tell a compelling story with data.
Strong data quality, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Workday dashboards (highly preferred).
Experience with Looker Studio.
Knowledge of SQL, automation (Macros, Google Apps Script), and AI-assisted analytics.
Experience working with large datasets and survey data.
