  • Role Summary
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst – People Analytics to support workforce reporting, dashboard development, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, dashboarding, data quality management, and data storytelling.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Build, maintain, and automate recurring reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, anomalies, and business insights.
  • Develop dashboards using Workday Discovery Boards, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Ensure data accuracy through data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation.
  • Create executive-ready presentations and data summaries for leadership.
  • Support survey reporting, vendor management, and audit/compliance requirements.
  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to improve efficiency and automate tasks.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, HR, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, People Analytics, HR Analytics, or a related data-focused role.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, data analysis).
  • Strong experience with dashboarding and reporting tools.
  • Ability to translate data into meaningful business insights and tell a compelling story with data.
  • Strong data quality, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Workday dashboards (highly preferred).
  • Experience with Looker Studio.
  • Knowledge of SQL, automation (Macros, Google Apps Script), and AI-assisted analytics.
  • Experience working with large datasets and survey data.
