As our ecosystem continues to grow, we are looking for a highly analytical Data Analyst to help us transform data into insights, identify opportunities, and support better decision-making across the organization.
Your Mission
You will help Peace Through Trade become a truly data-driven organization.
From social media and marketing performance to community growth, product usage, and business operations, you will gather, analyze, and interpret data that helps leadership make informed decisions.
If you enjoy finding patterns, building dashboards, solving problems, and turning raw information into actionable insights, this role is designed for you.
What You’ll Do
Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources across the PTT ecosystem.
Build dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into key business metrics.
Track and analyze social media, marketing, website, community, and product performance.
Identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities within large datasets.
Develop KPIs and reporting frameworks for departments across the organization.
Work closely with leadership to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Create visualizations that make complex data easy to understand.
Assist with forecasting, growth analysis, and performance modeling.
Monitor campaign effectiveness and measure ROI across initiatives.
Help establish a culture of data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
What You Bring
2 to 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, operations analysis, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
Experience working with large datasets and transforming raw data into meaningful insights.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience creating dashboards, reports, and executive-level presentations.
Familiarity with blockchain, fintech, SaaS, social media analytics, or digital products is a plus.
Self-direction, curiosity, and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
