  • Role Description The Data Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Philadelphia. This role is responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing case-related and organizational data to support decision-making and program evaluation. The Data Analyst will develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that help leadership and staff understand trends, performance metrics, and client outcomes. Typical tasks include collaborating with legal and social service teams to identify data needs, performing statistical analyses, documenting data processes, and ensuring data quality and integrity. The role may also involve contributing to grant reporting, supporting research and policy initiatives, and recommending improvements to data systems and workflows.
  • Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proven experience in Data Analytics.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency in Statistics and a solid understanding of Data Modeling.
  • Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL or similar query languages is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, public policy, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with criminal justice, legal services, or nonprofit environments is a plus.
