Job description:

• Role: Data Analyst / BI Developer
• Location: Remote (West Virginia, Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C)

Role Summary:

• The Data Analyst/BI Developer transforms complex workforce data into actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and analytical models.
• Enhanced Responsibilities:
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, and organization/company-approved tools.
• Create metrics for cycle time, backlog aging, exception rates, workload volume, service tiers, staffing capacity, and data quality.
• Analyze trends in timekeeping errors, late submissions, approval delays, correction patterns, COP variation, and workload peaks.
• Build visualizations supporting executive oversight, operational management, and risk identification.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses for decision-support, scenario planning, and workforce forecasting.
• Validate data accuracy, lineage, assumptions, and limitations in all analytical products.
• Support automation and AI use cases with exploratory analysis and feature engineering.
• Develop user guides, refresh instructions, and acceptance test evidence for dashboard releases.
• Other Requirements:
• Experience utilizing various AI automation tools.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to turn around dashboards and perform iterative analysis quarterly
