Responsibilities

• • Analyze product, user, and job market data to identify trends and opportunities
• • Write SQL queries and create reports, dashboards, and analytical workflows
• • Define and monitor key product and business metrics
• • Support experiments and evaluate the impact of new features
• • Investigate data quality issues and improve reporting accuracy
• • Present findings clearly to product, engineering, and business stakeholders
• Qualification

Required

• • Recent graduate or graduating soon in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
• • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Python or spreadsheets
• • Understanding of statistics, data analysis, and experimentation
• • Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
• • Ability to work remotely within Canada

Preferred

• • Experience with pandas, scikit-learn, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools
• • Familiarity with product analytics, recommendation systems, or search
• • Experience working with large or messy datasets
• • Previous internship, research, or analytics project experience
