- Who We're Looking For
- Codeworks is seeking a Data Analyst to support workforce reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision making for a large enterprise organization. This individual will work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, business leaders, and other stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions that provide visibility into workforce trends and organizational performance.
- The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a collaborative, customer-focused approach. You should be comfortable working with large datasets, building reports and dashboards, investigating data issues, and translating business requirements into actionable insights.
- Location: Hybrid - Milwaukee, WI
- Duration: Contract through March 2027, with potential for extension

- What You'll Do
- Develop, maintain, and enhance operational reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics solutions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver meaningful reporting insights.
- Perform data analysis, validation, and quality assurance to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Create ad hoc reports and data extracts to support business initiatives and decision-making.
- Analyze workforce-related metrics and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Support reporting and analytics activities within HR, recruiting, and workforce planning functions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to improve reporting processes, data availability, and reporting efficiency.
- Document reporting methodologies, business definitions, and support processes.
- Assist with automation and continuous improvement efforts across reporting operations.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or related disciplines.
- Experience working directly with internal customers and translating business requirements into reporting solutions.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working with large datasets and performing data validation and reconciliation.
- Ability to communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday reporting and HR-related data.
- Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau.
- SQL development experience and familiarity with relational databases.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and data integration tools.
- Exposure to HRIS, workforce analytics, talent acquisition analytics, or people analytics.
- Familiarity with reporting best practices, data governance, and reporting documentation.
